I ordered these strips since they can be used for quite a few things. First of all there are 100 strips in this box and they appear to be of high quality, not a flimsy paper. These strips are great for testing my urine, saliva, drinking water, pool, hot tub, and alkaline diet. The strips are easy to read plus I also received a chart that I can check the strip against. One very important thing to note is that the major cause of most diseases and cancers, including breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and even skin cancer, is acidosis. Acidosis causes body tissue to become acidified. Acidified body tissue lacks the proper amount of oxygen required to keep them healthy. With that said, you want to have an alkaline based diet, so testing your urine periodically should let you know how acidic it is. In that case you want to consume alkaline food. I am pleased with this purchase as it gives me peace of mind knowing if I am eating the right food to ward off disease and specially cancer.
